It is with such sorrow that I learned of Jackie's passing today. What a blessing to have known her for as long as I can remember....not only as a teacher, but as a fellow Momauguinite, where years ago, she, then a teenager, was a babysitter for my sister and me. It was in the always lively and full kitchen of the Callahan home (how did we all fit?!) where everyone was welcomed, even us neighborhood kids, that I learned to love the warmth and fun of the Irish, memories fondly recalled when I married into an equally wonderful and large Irish family. May God bless her soul and bring solace and peace to you, her loving family. In deepest sympathy.... peace and friendship, always..... Susan McGowan
