Pete and I would like to send our condolences on the death of your Father and, belatedly, your Mother. For many years we lived behind Ted and Wanda on Emerson Street in New Haven and got to know them as a kind, friendly and courteous couple. They were very proud of their children and very patient with Ted's Mother as she grew into a difficult old age. Being English I specially remember Ted's double rose garden and the care and pride that he took in nurturing new varieties. You are in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.
