May the heavens above open it's arms and welcome Billy with Loving arms , So that he can look down upon us all and see how much we all Love him in this time of Sorrow . hear all of our stories about how funny he was. everyone loved him in A special way, He was funny when you needed to be cheered up. he always said something to try to make the day A better one when you were having A bad day. Even when his life was struggling those last few weeks he was very hopeful. I will so miss that About Him ,and seeing him every were I looked in East Haven, He is now in A Better Place A Safe Place A Loving Place.
