Obituary of Nathan Santos
Please share a memory of Nathan to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Nathan Santos, 20 of Madison, formerly of East Haven passed away unexpectedly on May 27, 2023. He was born on November 8, 2002 in New Haven to Roberto Santos and Siaun Neou of Madison. Nathan is survived by his loving parents and three brothers, Carlos Santos, Brian Santos and Garrett Santos along with his maternal grandparents, Sathun and Kim Seng Neou of East Haven and paternal grandmother, Maria Melendez of New Haven. He is also survived by his aunts/uncles, Siann Neou (Andrew Switaj) of Cheshire, Vanna Neou of East Haven, Juan Santos of New Haven, Miguel Santos of Waterbury and Yolymar Santos of East Haven and many cousins and friends.
Nathan graduated from East Haven High School in 2020. During high school, Nathan excelled in football and track & field. After high school, he took some college courses and worked at La Luna Restaurant in Branford. Nathan enjoyed spending time with friends and family. He also enjoyed sports and was dedicated to personal fitness.
Nathan was a fun-loving, kind-hearted, devoted son, brother, and friend. One of Nathan’s greatest joys was to help others. He always made sure no one had to do anything alone. If Nathan knew you, he loved you and would do anything to help you. Nathan was a loving brother to his three younger siblings. His brothers all looked up to him and adored him. Nathan’s passing has left a hole in the hearts of so many. He leaves behind an enormous community of friends, family, and teammates. Although Nathan graced our lives for a short period of time, our lives are richer, fuller for having known him.
