Dear Eileen, Jean, Tom, Monica, Christine & Mary,
I am so sorry to hear of your fathers passing. The obituary absolutely described your father best. One of my greatest memories of your father was the last time that I saw him. We were at the begining of Howard Ave in the City Point section of New Haven & we were talking about "the old neighborhood" & we walked all the way up Howard Ave passed Yale Hospital & back down to City Point (via Hallock Ave). Along the way he was reminiscing about all who once resided in the homes we pased who were his friends & to my surprise, many of the current residents greeted your dad by name, including the firemen working at the fire station on Howard Ave. He touched many lives & I for one am so lucky to have known him
