Dear Patty and Linda, I’m glad I was able to connect briefly with you both, after so many years. We all grew up on Haines Street, and as my mother still says, we were all like a big family. I have only the best memories of growing up there, of your parents and your grandparents, Ann and Tad.
Corky was always happy. He loved the whole gang of kids in the neighborhood. As my parents aged, he was always so helpful to them if they needed anything fixed beyond my dad’s skill level. And I remember him and my dad discussing Muniemakers and Parodis!
It was clear today you both have wonderful loving families, and I hope the great memories of your parents and grandparents will sustain you through the early days of your grief, and help you get to where there is nothing but happiness and joy knowing they are all reunited in Heaven.
