Sharon Dube 73 of New Haven passed away April 22, 2021 at CT Hospice surrounded by her family. She was born March 27, 1948 in New Haven to the late William and Anna (Laine) Galligan. Sharon is survived by her loving children, Gary Naylor (Anna) of East Haven, Susan Roy (Rene) of Maine and John Dube of New Haven along with five grandchildren she adored, Casey Naylor, Kelsey Naylor, Brittany Roy, Alexia Dube and John Dube. She is also survived by her twin sister, Patricia Horn of New Haven, brothers, David Galligan of Guilford and William Galligan (Mary Jane) of Florida and numerous nieces/nephews.
Sharon worked for Simkins Industry as an accounts payable representative for many years. She loved spending time with her family, friends, dancing and playing cards, especially poker.
Family will receive friends from 9 AM until 10:40 AM on Monday, April 26, 2021 at the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home (Clancy Funeral Home), 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven at which time her funeral procession will leave Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home for Mass Christian Burial at 11 A.M. in St. Pio of Pietrelcina Parish at the Church of St. Bernadette, 385 Townsend Ave., New Haven. Burial will be private. Please make donations to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123 in memory of Sharon Dube.
