Grandpa Saccavino, you were one hell of a fighter, no matter what it was. You were always an inspiration and you will be forever missed. As hard as it will be, I promise to make your lemon cookies every year in memory of you. The 1st time you tasted one and told me how much you enjoyed them, I knew that I always would make them for you. I’m glad you got to enjoy them one last time.
