My sincere condolences to Millie and the Family.
In 1956, Phil was my Crew Chief at Plattsburg, AFB. He taught me all the ins and outs of the B-47. Last year, after 61 years, I was reunited with Phil at the
Air Force reunion, at Wright-Patterson AFB. As we greeted each other, we hugged and tears were in both our eyes. We had a wonderful time reminiscing about the "old days". I will miss my old Crew Chief and Friend.
Phil, may you Rest in Peace.
