To my beautiful mother,
It's now a new year, but the pain and hurt is still present as the day you left. I visit you often, and I talk to you, hoping my words reach your ears. My life isn't the same without you. Every one is celebrating a new year, thinking of new goals in life and looking forward to what 2020 may bring them, but for me, if I can, I would turn the clock back to 8/11/2019, and hug you so tight, and take you home with me , and make sure you were safe and never let another day go by without telling you how much I love you, how much I appreciate you, and how much I need you in my life. If only there was a way mom, I wouldn't hesitate for a second. We miss you so much....I love you Darbs! Always , Your Son.

First I would like to thank God for allowing me the pleasure to have known such a beautiful person inside and out. "Dort" was always very kind to me and always made me laugh. The very last time I saw her was at Jeninine's house, she surprised me with a big plate of Anginette Italian homemade cookies that were "Amazing". Needless to say, we were together for the rest of the time I was there. Such a special person and just an awesome individual. She earned my respect so many years ago because of the person she was. To Jenine and Vic Jr., Annmarie and all the family, May God give you all the strength and comfort in this most difficult moment. I pray for Dort's eternal rest and I will be praying for you all. God bless you all. Thank you Dort for all the good times and great laughs we had. God gained a very special Angel.

Jennine & Dee, I am soooo sorry for your loss. Losing one’s Mom is life changing & almost unbearable. I know your pain. Dorothy was always so good to me (Us). Growing up, she took care of Norma & me often. When we lived upstairs in Clinton Ave. we were downstairs all-the-time! Saturday mornings, fried pizza dough; Sunday mornings, you could smell the spaghetti sauce cooking (thru the vents). She was a great Mom and a wonderful sister-in-law! You were great daughter & son to her, a Mom couldn’t ask for better/more. May she RIP in Heaven & be your angel who protects you and your families. She is with God now. No more suffering. You have infinite memories of your Mommy to cherish forever. May God bless you always! Dios me los Bendiga! TT Ada

My dearest Jennine and Vic, Jr. ~ My heart breaks that your beautiful mom has passed on. I have so many fond memories from childhood and being at your house, watching her cook, us all watching her favorite shows with her. As an adult, my own children and husband got to know her beautiful smile, sense of humor and laugh and of course her delicious cooking! You both carry all of her amazing qualities, most especially her kindness and deep love for her family. My family and I are truly blessed to have had her in our lives and experienced her love. Our deepest and most heartfelt sympathy to you, your children and all of her family, as you mourn this most painful loss. My she rest in peace now and forever with our Lord Jesus, free of pain and suffering, and be dancing in heaven with her loved ones gone before her. She is greatly missed! Love Always, Lourdes and Carlos and daughters

My precious Mom, I dont even know where to begin. If there were a way that I can breathe you back to life believe me I would give you all that I could. All I ever wanted was to take you away from all the pain and worry that you were dealing with, even if only for a little while. I miss our escapes to have lunch, get our hair done, or just drive with the windows down in the Mustang, while singing songs at the top of our lungs! You have taught me and my brother how to be warriors of strength.and to never quit. You are the epitome of what strength is! I promise to keep making you proud and to carry on our traditions and your grandchildren are already becoming the Warriors you want them to be. You, mom, are our creator, you are and always will be my strength, my backbone of steel, my motivation, my heart and soul, YOU are my Wonder Woman!
Whether on Earth or in the Heavens, our connection will never die. You know what we share and I promise to build on everything you showed me and taught me....from cooking, to holidays, to taking care of my family to the gifts you bestowed upon me.....I treasure you and all you stand for. With every full moon, every rainstorm, every wind gust, every stone and every word, I will hear you, I will feel you, I will call on you. Rest finally my mother as you are now a true angel forever! I love you always,
Your daughter, your darbs,
Jennine ♥️

Dear Cousin:
Words will never be enough to express my deepest sympathy, yet memories last a lifetime. From days we shared in younger years, to standing up for me at my wedding — these times will forever be treasured. You will be missed, but forever you will hold a special place in my heart. Much love until we meet again!

My Dearest Sister,
Today makes 5 days since I last talked to you. Sometimes we talked 5-10 times a day, and we always ended the call with "I LOVE YOU", and you would say "I LOVE YOU TOO"! I miss you so much, we were not only sisters, but best friends as well. You were Always there for me no matter what. Now I lost my big sister and I feel so alone, so scared. I knew you were very sick, but I never wanted to face the truth, that this day would come. Dort if I could only hear you say " and I love you too" one more time. Please wait for me , so I won't be so scared . I love you so much, forever, your Sister, Ann.

Mom,
I can't even imagine life without you. This is so hard. I'm your baby boy and I miss you so much. My heart aches , my soul is absent. You did everything for me. You were always there for me no matter what. Our family will never be the same without you. I love you so much . I'm so lost . I always turned to you. I always knew no matter what happened during my day, that I could call you and you would always comfort me. Words can't express my hurt, my pain.....If only I could have 1 more day, one more Christmas with you. I don't want to let you go. Mateo and Mia miss you so much. They want their Naunie. Maria misses you so much. We ALL need you. I'm not going to say good bye. I just can't. Every time I hear the phone ring, I just want to hear " Dee, it's mommy, did you eat? I'm dying inside mom. No more pills, no more oxygen machine, no more pain....thats the only thing that keeps me sane. If I have to suffer so YOU don't, then so be it. That's the least I can do for you . I love you forever and a day mommy...
