Obituary of Jacqueline Connor
Jacqueline Connor, 83, of New Haven passed away peacefully on January 11, 2019 at CT Hospice. She was born on December 21, 1923 in New Haven to Albert and Alice (Aieta) Divver. She is survived by her loving children, Corinne Onofrio (James) of East Haven and Brian Connor (Mary) of Venice, FL along with four grandchildren, James Onofrio (Bianca), Jonathan Onofrio (Stephanie), Justin Connor (Ariane) and Kyra Hawn (Jake). She is also survived by nine great grandchildren and two brothers, Albert Divver and James Divver both of MA. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Walter Connor (2002).
Jacqueline was a proud wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family and gardening. She retired from the banking industry with over 25 years of service working in New Haven and East Haven.
Family will receive friends on Monday, January 14, 2019 from 9-11:15 a.m at the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home (Clancy-Funeral Home) 43 Kirkham Ave, East Haven. Her funeral procession will leave the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home for a 11:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 385 Townsend Ave, New Haven with Committal to follow at All Saints Cemetery, North Haven. The family would like to thank the Mary Wade Home in New Haven and CT Hospice in Branford for their kind and compassionate care.
