At home, Sept. 29,2010, Loretta L. Seldin Furey, 74, of Forest Rd., Northford. Beloved wife of Robert F. Furey. Mother of Thomas C. Furey of Northford, Laurie Fazzone of East Haven and Colleen Greco and husband David Sr. of Northford. Grandmother of Joseph Fazzone and David Greco Jr. Sister of Margaret Jameson of Northford and the late Cecelia Seldin. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Born Oct. 7,1935 in New Haven a daughter of the late Charles and Margaret Messner Seldin, she was employed for many years as a nurses aide at the former Care Well Convalescant Hospital in New Haven.
Funeral from the Clancy Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven, Saturday morning at 8:30. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Vincent de Paul Church at 9:00. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery. Friends may call Friday from 5 - 7 pm.
