Dear Zyrlis Family,
I am Phyllis Papeika Milmore, oldest daughter of Stanley Papeika, first cousin of John. I send you my deepest sympathy and fond memories of going to "the farm" in Branford. I don't remember if Mary Zyrlis was the sister of my grandfather or grandmother. I think grandmother. I was at their 50th anniversary party and I remember that my dad took a picture of me in my party dress at the water pump. Another visit, Dad took me and my sister Sandy across to see the cow. When the cow (bull) took off after us, dad grabbed us both and took off. My mother, grandmother and Mary were in hysterics, but later realized it could have been a disaster.
Please pass my email to anyone who might want to contact me. Dad died about 15 years ago. Mom is 92 and failing. Sandy is in Calif., Bob (Bert as a kid) is in S. FL where Mom is and I live near Orlando.
