In New Haven. April 6,2010, Elizabeth Bifulco Redding, 88, of East Haven. Beloved mother of Barbara Criscuolo of East Haven and Bill Redding and wife Pam of Southington and the late Roy P. Redding. Grandmother of Joseph A. Criscuolo III, Dominique Criscuolo and husband Brandon Foster, Peter R. Redding, Sean Redding and Amy Redding. Great grandmother of Robert Serviss Jr. and Brittany Kline. Sister of Ann Civitello of Woodbridge , Clara Marino of FL and the late Florence Oaks, Julia Attruia, Theresa Copeland, Michael Vinglione and Louis Bifulco. Also survived by her faithful canine companions, Ashley and Shelby. Born April 19,1921 in New Haven a daughter of the late Michele and Clementine Melillo Bifulco, she was educated in New Haven schools and was employed for many years as a Certified Nurses Assistant ( CNA) for several area nursing homes and also did private duty. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, May 15, 2010 at 11:00am in St. John Vianney CHurch, West Haven . Interrment will be private .Memorial contributions may be made to Labs 4 Rescue, PO Box 955, Killingworth, CT, 06419. www.labs4rescue.com.
