In New Haven, Nov. 8, 2009, with her loving family at her side, Audrey A."G.G."
Hagen Vedder, 74, of Palmetto Trail, East Haven. Beloved wife for fifty seven years
of Franklin Vedder, (Retired Battalion Chief, EHFD). Loving mother of Robert
(Peggy) Vedder and Cathy Blake, all of East Haven. Cherished grandmother of
Shawn and Sarah Blake, Sherry Blake Colman and Mike Colman, Jaime Vedder, Jeff
O'Connor and Samantha Vedder. Precious great grandmother of Joshua Lane, Ayden Lane,
Colin Blake, Gabryella Vedder, Cohen Blake, Emily Blake and Gionna Colman, Also
survived by her beloved brothers and sisters, Robert and Toni Hagen of New Hampshire,
Frances and John Gallbronner of North Carolina, Judith VanDole of East Haven and
Michael Hagen of England, and five nieces and four nephews. Born March 11, 1935 in
New Haven a daughter of the late Frank W. and Lydia Vandoren Hagen she was a graduate of Hamden High School, class of 1953.
Funeral service and interment will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to
CT Hospice, 100 Double Beach Rd., Branford, CT 06405.
