In South Carolina, Oct. 30, 2009, Helen M. Fryer Sause, 94, formerly of Peck
St., New Haven. Wife of the late James M. Sause. Mother of Sr. Helena Sause,OP
of Columbus, Ohio and Kathy (William) Morris of Myrtle Beach, SC. Grandmother of
William, James and Kevin Morris. Also survived by five great grandchildren. She was
predeceased by a sister Margaret Harrison and two brothers, John P.Fryer and
Edward P. Fryer. Born Oct. 28,1915 in New Haven a daughter of the late Edward P.
and Bertha Heintzy Fryer, she had been employed for many years as a clerk in
the Yale Divinity School.
Funeral from the Clancy Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven, Tuesday
morning at 9:00. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Josephs Church, Edward St., New
Haven at 9:30. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday
morning from 8:00 - 9:00. Memorial contributions may be made to the Dominican
Sisters, 2320 Airport Dr., Columbus, Ohio, 43219-2098.
