Phyllis M. Chase 89 of East Haven passed away October 3, 2017 at Apple Rehab. She was born October 24, 1927 in New Haven to Nazzereno and Theresa (Policino) Ciampini. Phyllis is survived by her loving son, Edward Chase (Victoria) of East Haven and two grandchildren, Alyssa Ann Chase and Jason Palange. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Edward Chase (2011) and brother, Chester Ciampini.
Family will receive friends from 9 AM until 10:30 AM on Friday, October 6, 2017 at the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home (Clancy Funeral Home) 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven. Funeral procession will leave Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home on Friday at 10:40 AM for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM in St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 385 Townsend Ave., New Haven with Committal to follow at St. Lawrence Cemetery in West Haven.
