Cindy Eburg Bouley 60 of East Haven passed away at home on June 17, 2017. She was born December 5, 1956 in New Haven to Oarrie Eburg and Irene (Upton) Orifice. Cindy is survived by her mother, Irene Orifice, son, Wayne Forester of Virginia and grandson, Riley Forester. She is also survived by two sisters, Deborah Bunnell of New Haven and Susan Proto Eburg of East Haven. All services are private with Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home of East Haven CT.
