Richard Kenneth Paige, 63, of East Haven, beloved husband and father, passed away peacefully on April 21, 2017 at Gaylord Hospital in Wallingford, surrounded by his family. He was born in New Haven, CT on December 23, 1953 to the late Kenneth and Meryl (Jones) Paige. Rick was a graduate of Amity High School and worked professionally for many years as a Plumber. He enjoyed sharing his passions with everyone he met, which included photography, collecting coins and Yale memorabilia, as well as tinkering with his tools to restore antique items. In addition to his wife of 21 years, Judi (Thompson) Paige, Rick is survived by his loving daughter Ashley Paige, his brother-in-law, Gregory Thompson and his bulldog, “Petunia,” with whom he resided. He was preceded in death by his sister Gloria Goldman of Shelton, CT.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, April 27, 2017 from 4 P.M. until the time of service at 6:30 P.M. in the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home (Clancy Funeral Home) 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven, CT. Internment will be private.
