Pauline A. Cantley 74 of New Haven passed away on April 15, 2017 at Masonicare. She was the loving wife of the late Bennett Cantley (2004). Pauline was born in East Lyme CT on February 19, 1943 to the late Elizabeth Lamb Brown. She retired from Echlin, she was a loving and caring person which she became a caregiver for many family members. She is the mother of Ronald Cantley (Victoria) of East Haven, Gail Cantley of New Haven and step-mother of Benny Cantley, Edie Cresse and David Cantley of RI. Pauline is also survived by four grandchildren, Kaila, Brianna, Julia and Ronnie along with three great grandchildren, Jaylin, Mason and Madison and three step-grandchildren, Heather, Allison and Taylor. She is survived by twin sister, Margaret Finer, sisters, Dorothy Arnold, Elizabeth Biehl, Elsie Miller and brothers, George Lamb, Robert Lamb, Leonard Lamb and a host of nieces/nephews and friends. She is preceded in death by her mother, husband and brothers, Clearance and Walter Lamb. Family will receive friends from 4 to 7 PM on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home (Clancy Funeral Home) 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven. Funeral service will be held at the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home on Friday, April 21 at 10:30 AM with burial to follow at Beaverdale Memorial Park, New Haven.
