Norman L. Wagner 54 of Hamden passed away January 2, 2017. He was born May 7, 1962 in New Haven to Frank and Barrie (Miller) Wagner. Norman is survived by siblings; Frank (Gina) Wagner III, Eddie (Kim) Wagner, Barbara (Kent) Ras, Billy Wagner and Michael Wagner and numerous nieces/nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, John Wagner. All services are private with Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home (Clancy Funeral Home) East Haven.
