Doris Gladwell 89 of East Haven passed away May 11, 2016 at CT Hospice in Branford. She was born August 10, 1926 in Mt. Vernon, NY to William and Emma (Finnigan) Robinson. Doris is survived by two loving and caring children, Wes Gladwell of West Haven and Ellen Harding (Brian) of NH. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Edward and Michael Gladwell. Doris is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Gordon Gladwell and son, Bruce Gladwell. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. All services at private with the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home (Clancy Funeral Home), East Haven.
