Kathleen Chandler 48 of Westbrook and East Haven passed away April 7, 2016. She was born September 13, 1967 in New Haven to Thomas and Mary-Ellen (Lamb) Chandler. She is preceded in death by mother, Mary-Ellen (2013) and daughter, Julia Kraszewski. Kathleen is survived by father, Thomas Chandler of East Haven, son, Thomas Kraszewski and sister, Debbie Apotrias (Mark) of North Branford. She is also survived by nephew, Ayden Apotrias, niece, Courtney Apotrias and special friend, Carla Polini Kezer.
A private graveside service was held at All Saints Cemetery in North Haven. The graveside service is under the care of the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home (Clancy Funeral Home), 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven. Donations may be made to Kathleen’s son, Thomas Kraszewski, by mailing a contribution in his name to Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven CT 06512.
