Stephen Alessandroni 64, a lifelong resident of East Haven passed away unexpectedly at home on February 15, 2016. He was born November 7, 1951 in New Haven to Bruno Alessandroni and Marguerite (White). He is preceded in death by his father and brother, Robert Alessandroni. Stephen is survived by his high school sweetheart who is his wife of 44 years, Gayle (Durazzo) Alessandroni, sister-in-law, Carol Piscitelli of East Haven and many dear family and friends. Stephen retired from the East Haven School District as the maintenance foreman with over 37 years of service.
Family will receive friends from 4 to 7 PM on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home, (Clancy Funeral Home), 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven CT. Funeral procession will leave the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home on Friday, February 19 at 9:45 AM for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, East Haven with Committal to follow at East Lawn Cemetery, East Haven.
