Leonard M. Breault 87 of East Haven passed away December 19, 2015 at Yale Health. He was born June 30, 1928 in Canada to Dennis and Delores (DeBlois) Breault. He is preceded in death by parents and former wife, Terese Breault. Leonard is survived by loving wife of 36 years, Candace (Miner) Breault of East Haven and six children: Mary Priore (Philip) of East Haven, Lou Ann Cuzio (Henry) of East Haven, Debra Iannotti (Kenneth) of East Haven, Tamara Krosky (Thomas) of East Haven, Keith Bouve (Cheryl) of East Haven and Scott Bouve of East Haven. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Leonard was a US Navy veteran and retired employee of Conrail/New Haven Railroad with over 35 years of service. When not at work, Leonard was a family man; he enjoyed spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren, great-children, friends and his two cat companions, “Zambucca” and “Cleopatra.” The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses of Smilow New Haven and North Haven and the Yale Health Plan for their kind and compassionate care. Family will receive friends from 3 to 7 PM on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home, (Clancy Funeral Home), 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven. A brief service along with military honors will begin at 6:30 PM, burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, please make donation to Anthony Moscato Jr. Scholarship Fund, 79 Cosey Beach Ave., East Haven CT 06512 in memory of Leonard M. Breault

Wednesday, December 23, 2015 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home (Clancy Funeral Home) 43 Kirkham Ave. East Haven, Connecticut 06512 Family will receive friends from 3 to 7 PM with a service in the funeral home at 6:30. Burial will be private.
