Nora Jean (Wells) Kouns 77 of New Haven passed away May 11, 2015 at CT Hospice. She was born May 22, 1937 in Virginia to Claud and Racheal Wells. She is preceded in death by parents and son, Jeff Kouns. Nora is survived by her two children; Jimmy Lee Kouns of New Haven and Viola Fradiani (widow of Dean Fradiani) of Newark, VT, four grandchildren; Frank Iannotti of Arizona, Cheryl Ann Smith of Middletown, Matt Iannotti and Brian Iannotti both of Wallingford and four great grandchildren; Seth Iannotti, Maddie Iannotti, Hailey Marie Smith and Harper Leigh Smith and a brother, Ray Wells (Stacey) of Louisville, KY.
At the request of Nora, all services will be private with Clancy Funeral Home, East Haven.
