Adeline (Castricone) Simoni 91 of East Haven, passed away April 10, 2015. She was born July 12, 1923 in Bronx, NY to Rocco and Maria (Cancelmo) Castricone. Adeline is preceded in death by parents, husband, Edward Simoni (2003), brothers, Peter and Michael Castricone. She is survived by numerous nieces/nephews, great nieces/nephews and her caregiver, Pam Orifice. She was a former supervisor at Robby Len clothing store in New Haven and vocalist at St. Vincent de Paul Church in East Haven. Music was important to Adeline and her husband Edward, they traveled together performing music productions for many charity events.
Family will receive friends from 9 am until the time of service at 11 am on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 in the Clancy Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave. East Haven with Committal to follow at St. Lawrence Cemetery in West Haven. In lieu of flowers please make donations to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or German Shepherd Rescue of New England, PO Box 299, Wayland, MA, 01778 in memory of Adeline Simoni.
