Alicia Faulkner Barnes 46 of Wallingford passed away April 1, 2015 at Yale New Haven Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born July 29, 1968 in New Haven to Anthony and Maryellen (Wambolt) Faulkner. Alicia is survived by father, Anthony Faulkner(Kate), son, Joseph Fraenza Jr.( Sierra) , twins, James Barnes and Samantha Barnes all of Texas, and a granddaughter, Riley Fraenza. She is also survived by three sisters, Theresa McKenna (Jason) of New Hampshire, Jennifer Caro (James) of Texas, Cynthia Faulkner of Texas and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Alicia worked in the food service department at Hamden High School and was a proud sister of the James Gang Motorcycle Club.
Family will receive friends from 2 PM until the time of service at 5:45 PM on Saturday, April 4, 2015 in the Clancy Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven. Burial will be private at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please make donations for Alicia’s children to Joseph Fraenza c/o Clancy Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven, CT, 06512 in memory of Alicia Barnes.
