I only learned of Maddie's passing yesterday, I was off last weekend, but I was so saddened by the news. I was her weekend housekeeper at BHHCC since she arrived. I will always remember our trips to Grandparents Day (I told her she was "meme for the day"). How she loved the fried dough!! She loved to send me to CVS for everything from Poise pads (in years past) to Huggies wipes. When I had a car accident 3 years ago she had staff look up my phone number so she could call me at home to make sure I was ok. I will miss her dearly!!!! Please know she was never alone when I was there. What a wonderful lady, thank you for the opportunity to know her.
Sincere sympathies,
Beth

I only heard of Maddie's passing yesterday, but was so saddened to hear the news. I met Maddie about 8 years ago at BHHCC. I was her weekend housekeeper, and later her CVS girl. I would bring her the weekly CVS ad and she would pick the items she "needed" and send me to get them for her, anything from Poise pads, to efferdent, to her Huggies wipes. When granparents Day rolled around I adopted her as my "meme for the day", I would stay fter my shift was over and accompany her to the festivities so she could attend. Sometimes Alice would come with us, too. We would always have our picture taken together. I will miss my Maddie dearly. Sincere sympathies to especially Alice, Everette and Dottie whom she loved so much.

Also, there are some corrections to the obituary. Among them are that June 27, not May 27 was my grandparent's anniversary and my Pop-Pop, Vincent Clark, died January 26, 1994, not 1992.
Thank you,
Desiree S. Nero

I am so sorry for the loss of your sister, who was also my grandmother.
Now that I know where my extended family is, maybe my immediate family and I will pay a visit, so we can get better acquainted. We are all God's children. Be blessed.
Desiree
