In New Haven, Aug. 14,2008, Charles S. Brown, 58, of Briarwood Lane, Branford. Husband of Jane Brown. Father of Charles Brown, T.J. Levesque and Nicole Brown. Grandfather of Shawna Brown, T.J. Charles Brown and Jonathon Levesque. Brother of Darlene Brown. Born Feb 22,1950 in Elmira ,NY a son of the late Charles and Mimi Brown, he was a combat veteran of the Vietnam War, serving with nthe US Marine Corp. Mr. Brown was employed as a chef at several resturaunts. He was a member of the Vietnam Veterans Assoc. of America, the Marine Corp League, the DAV and the Nam Vets Assoc. of the Cape and Islands. Friends may call at the Clancy Funeral Home , 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven, Tuesday from 5 -7 pm.
