Our love and support are with you. My aunt wrote this peom and we have used it at several families passing. I hope it can give you some comfort.
It's beautiful day today when we laid our daughter, wife , mother Michele away.
Blurring white clouds lace thru the gray and the sun was shining and the birds were singing the beautiful day we laid Michele away.
We talked we shook hands, we laughed, we cried, said hello and goodby, thought of all the happy things Michele would say that we were made to remember that death comes in but a day the day we laid Michele away. And some fear grips our heart and soles today the day we laid Michele away.
Are we prepared for our God and on him our sins to lay for life is short, yet so long, we are here for a moment and the we are gone but for a beautiful day like today when we laid Michele away.
I hope this helps in some small way to know she is at peace and with God and not suffering. We know the pain of losing a child and our prayers are with you and all your family members.
