William “Billy” Kilmer 88 of 92 View Terrace, East Haven, died at his home on Sunday, November 18, 2012.Born in Waterbury,CT, on May 10,1924,he was the son of late Harold and Charlotte Crane Kilmer .Billy attended Agency on Aging in West Haven daily. Billy has also been with Marrakech, Inc. for seventeen years. Billy enjoyed life and loved to play bocce ball, sing, play card games and participate in the Special Olympics. William had the brightest personality and smile that would light up a room and would often give a dance to show that you had won his friendship. William will be truly missed.
Graveside service will be held Wed. morning at 11:30 in St. Bernard Cemetery, New Haven. Arrangements with the Clancy Funeral Home, East Haven.
