To the Seeley family:
The Viel family sends our sincerest condolences on Joe's passing. Joe and our dad, Frank, worked at the Water Company for years and we knew Joe since we were little kids. Our apologies on getting this to you so late. Our mother, Nadine, passed away just 3 days after Joe, and we didn't see this until today.
Such a great guy.
