It was always a pleasure to work with you, to be in your company. When my telephone would ring at 2:10 in the morning I knew I was getting a call to work #66 to Boston with John Kane. You made me feel special when you shared your stories of the war with me. You were a true gentleman. I look forward to seeing you in paradise.
